Open the GPLUG app and make sure Bluetooth is enabled. The app automatically detects nearby venues — no QR code, no URL, no login required. You will be connected instantly.
GPLUG supports 6 languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, and French — including voice ordering in all 6 languages.
In the GPLUG app, go to your profile and set your dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) and any allergies. The menu will automatically highlight compatible items and disable incompatible ones.
Download the GPLUG Suite app or visit our partnership page. Our team will onboard your venue, set up your menu AI, and get you live typically within 24 hours.
Tap the Orders tab in the GPLUG app. You will see real-time status for all your current orders (Pending → Preparing → Ready → Delivered) and your full order history.
Make sure Bluetooth and Location permissions are enabled for the GPLUG app in your phone settings. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. Contact support if the problem continues.
